Butternut Pasta

Ingredients
Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili
  • basil leaves fresh
  • 1 onion
Base
  • However much butternut you have
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can tomatoes or 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 cup broth of any kind
 
Protein
  • Chicken
or
  • Tofu
or
  • Roast chicken
 
Instructions
  • heat oven to 200. Dice butternut and season with salt, coriander and cinnamon.
  • Put butternut in the oven for 50 minutes. Prepare other ingredients (carrots/fresh tomatoes/any other veges) and put in the oven 20-30 minutes after the butternut went in.
  • While the vegetables are in the oven, start boiling the pasta and cooking your chosen protein.
  • In a blender, put 3/4 of the vegetables into a blender and blend.
  • In the pan you cooked the protein with, pour the vege blend and add in the broth. mix until a soupy texture (can be a little watery) and then add & mix the pasta in.
  • Serve by pouring the soupy pasta into a bowl and topping with the rest of the roast veges and protien.
